Hello to all!
My name is Christal Scott with Andy Mohr Mitsubishi, located in Fishers, Indiana.
I would like to point out a few things and provide information to all of you that are in the market for a vehicle.
First, this is not a marketing scheme in any way! I am simply here to provide my advice and help those of you that are really in need. I am not on here to try and improve my sales or anything like that.
I would like to start off by telling you a bit about myself, the company that I work for and a bit of advice when looking for a vehicle.
I am 28 years old and a proud mommy of two boys named Christian and Felix. They are exactly 11 months apart and are a joy! (Irish twins) I am happily married to my true love and have lived in Indiana for about two and a half years now. I love this state and the city in which I live. I have a wonderful position with a great dealership, Andy Mohr Mitsubishi. Since working for this dealership I have learned many things. First, when shopping for a vehicle, new or used, it is best to do some looking online. Research as much as possible about the vehicle you are interested in. It helps you to be prepared when you do go into a dealership. This way when you are speaking with the sales rep you can understand about the vehicle and compare information. Second, it is very important that you understand that not all dealerships are alike. We hear everyday of horror stories that people have experienced at other stores throughout Indianapolis, but I want to reassure you all that at Andy Mohr Mitsubishi we value each and every one of our customers. We strive to address each and every concern and question that a customer may have. If we do not have the answer, we will find it. If you need something within YOUR budget, we will work to make it happen. We believe that if you give people what they pay for, it is just a transaction. If you go beyond that, it could be the beginning of a long term business relationship.
From our service department to our sales floor everyone here at Andy Mohr Mitsubishi is dedicated to making your experience not only pleasurable but one that you will tell friends and family about. We do not just want your business one time, we want you to return to us for all of your car/truck/SUV needs. In fact, even if you buy a vehicle form another dealer, we can help you here. We service all types of vehicles and believe it or not, we have several vehicles in our service department every week that were in fact purchased elsewhere. (Ray Skillman, Hubler, etc)
Your business is important to each and every one of us and we go to great lengths to make sure you have a smile on your face when you leave our store. You never feel pressured or overwelmed.
Most people do not realize that you can purchase a new Mitsubishi with tons of features and options for the same price you would have paid for a BASE MODEL in 1996! We offer great prices and safe and dependable vehicles. Our service department is one of the best in the state.
We inspect each and every vehicle before we ever re-sell it. We work with our customers to find a vehicle they are comfortable in at a payment that works for them. We have a nice selection to choose from and if we don't have it here on our lot, we will look for one for you.
Not all dealerships are bad, in fact there are several really honest and great dealerships in Indiana. I just wanted to clarify to you all that you do have options when looking for a vehicle. I can not stress enough that even if you are on a budget, do not think that all dealerships are out there to rip you off or take advantage of you.
Buying from a dealership also has its advantages. Did you know that buying a vehicle from a individual, they do not have to disclose any known problems with the car, if it has been in a wreck and they do not usually give you your money back if the car breaks down a few blocks away.
Buying from a dealership is a little more secure. In fact we are required by law to disclose if a vehicle has been invloved in a wreak.
There are so many reason to shop at a dealership, but obviously I have written up the most important reasons above.
